Your online purchases are protected and guaranteed by Conekta and Paypal. Your data will not be stored and will be processed in an encrypted manner, guaranteeing the security of your information at all times.

3. Where do you ship?

At the moment we only ship within the Mexican Republic.

4. What are the shipping times and costs?

When you're ready to pay, tell us your delivery address. Find out more in our shipping policies .

Since our pieces are made to order, delivery time begins once payment is confirmed and consists of 8 days for the production of the garment(s) plus the delivery time indicated by the selected courier.

5. Where can I find information about the status of my order?

Once your order has been delivered to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order on our website.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery . The product must be in its original condition, with tags intact and without damage or signs of use. Please see our returns and exchanges policy for more details.

7. What do I do if the product I received is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately and we will take care of solving the problem. We will request photos of the item and offer a solution. Please see our return and exchange policy for more details.

8. How can I know my correct size?

We recommend that you consult our size guide , where you will find the measurements we use in our garments and thus determine your appropriate size.

11. How can I cancel my order?

If you made a mistake when entering your details, we can make the change for you by contacting you using the methods mentioned above. If you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and if the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our regular returns process.
